Key Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects & services, liaison between project team, management team and service providers
2. Provide strategic inputs for existing as well as new projects in line with the business objectives 3. Represent LogisticsNow in knowledge sharing platforms, Logistics seminars etc.,
4. Plan and implement actions with emphasis on productivity, efficiency and service delivery
5. Lead LSP planning & strategic activities
6. Identify and implement continuous improvement & customer satisfaction drivers.
7. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
8. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
9. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
10. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
11. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
12. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
13. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
14. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Requirements :
1. Good communication skills (verbal & written in Hindi & English - must)
2. Preferably knows one or two other Indian local languages
3. Good understanding of Indian Logistics market
4. Experience in handling warehouse & transport related activities will be treated as an additional skill
5. Understands and appreciates challenges with start-ups
6. Team handling experience
7. Should have at least 5 to 6 years experience in customer relationship and business development
