Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with schools, enhancing brand visibility, and promoting our educational products and services. Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to promote our educational offerings effectively.

2. Circulars and Emails: Prepare and distribute well-crafted circulars and email campaigns to schools, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.

3. Events Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and participate in events, workshops, seminars, and conferences within the education community to create awareness about our brand.

4. Social Media Management: Manage our social media channels, create engaging content, and interact with schools and educational influencers to increase brand engagement.

5. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to fine-tune marketing strategies.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other relevant departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across all platforms.

7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of communication, interactions, and marketing efforts with schools.

8. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from schools to understand their needs and preferences, and utilize this information to improve marketing strategies.

9. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, analyze key performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements :

1. Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience : Entry-level position; prior experience in marketing event management, designing newsletters and circulars, organizing campaigns

3. Passion for Education : Demonstrated interest in the education sector and a strong belief in the power of education to transform lives.

4. Excellent Communication Skills : Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with diverse audiences.

5. Digital Savvy : Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital marketing techniques.

6. Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building abilities, a friendly demeanor, and the capability to work effectively in a team.

7. Creativity : Innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing ideas and campaigns.
