LogIQids - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end school accounts which involves :
- Cold calling schools and setting up meetings
- Attending meetings
- Following up with the school and signing them up for LogIQids programs
- Maintain strong relations with the schools' post closure
- Work closely with the operations team and schools to ensure smooth execution of the entire program
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Skills Required :
- A genuine passion for education and helping learners develop logical reasoning skills.
- Being interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of communication and presence of mind. An inherent ability to position, market, and sell an idea or product will be a key skill set.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Time management, multitasking and planning skills will be extremely critical
