LogIQids - Customer Support Role (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with queries, concerns, and complaints, and provide solutions or suggestions to resolve issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory
- 0-1 Years of Proven experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and Ms. Office software's.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
