LogicLadder - Manager - Government Sales (4-6 yrs)
Primarily responsible for market intelligence, account control, relationship building with Government organisations & PSUs. Generating business from Government clients and formulating and implementing long and short term business plans, conducting negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving sales growth across the assigned region. Managing Relationships with key customers which provides repeat business. Managing relationships with key consultants & PMC who act as influencers in the decision making process. We will measure your success by the revenue generations for the company.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
1. Generate revenue from government accounts, PSUs
2. Work with government accounts to identify opportunities, fitment of use cases and LogicLadder product offerings.
3. Scout tenders floated and drive new tender requirement generation
4. Negotiate and pitch specifications and value proposition in pre bid meetings
5. Bid for tenders and RFI and RFQ submissions in coordination with the pre-sales team.
6. Patience and Persistent follow-up for supply orders, payment and new business
7. Should be able to engage in discussions around features of products.
8. Maintaining all data in company CRMs
9. Coordinate with all internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution.

11. Candidates from software/SaaS/IoT background preferred
Key Skills :
1. Strong experience in institutional sales
2. Strong experience in a revenue and target driven environment with performance measurement on booking, billing and receivables.
3. Excellent written and communication skills
4. Excellent Negotiation Skills with strong convincing capabilities
5. High degree of self-motivation and ambition to thrive in and grow in a competitive environment
6. Work and manage a team and also perform independently
7. Flexible in addressing ad hoc issues and adapt and operate in a very fast-paced environment
Experience :
- Overall 4-6 years of experience in B2B/Institutional sales profile
- Minimum 3 years of channel sales experience in a Government sales.
- Experience in environment, energy or water domain is strongly preferred
