Logibricks Technologies - Executive - Customer Success (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a technically savvy customer success who can :
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
- Implementing success programs & contributing to sales.
- Onboarding and training clients for the new offline payment reconciliation tool.
- Improve customer experience through product support.
- Collaborate, problem solve for upcoming client meetings with team members
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
Needs to have :
- Communications or marketing degree.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Self-driven and proactive nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
