Lodha Ventures - Lead - Sales (4-6 yrs)
Objective:
To execute business plan for sales growth in the city. Be one point of contact for all the schools, Identity meet & close, schools for BSK programs. Work closely with the product & operations to executing the program in each school. Sales generation, client acquisition, close sales cycles, and handle stakeholders.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Schools Sales
- Execute the school growth acquisition strategy for the Company.
- Manage the entire school sales process
- Achieve sales target with respect to signing up Existing Preschools to provide LMS and curriculum support.
- Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high quality sales pitches.
- Be able to connect with school stakeholders- Principals, Owners and Trustees and influence them to pitch the BSK program proposition.
- School retention & upscale of other BSK program
- School Program Execution
- Identify teachers in the city
- Coordinate with the HO team for teacher training & program execution in school
- Regular governance with School SPOCs & HO stake holders
- Sales Compliance
- To complete sales administration and compliance by:
- Managing and updating Lead Management System.
-Meeting daily market visit norms.
- Ensuring daily visit reports and funnel management
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Having at least 04+ years- experience in Education, Edtech Industry and B2B
Individual Contributor - Delivering consistent result and creating collaborative relationships
Leadership - Practice breakthrough thinking and navigate complex challenges with the team Outstanding negotiation skills
- Experience with building and developing teams
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- MBA in Sales and Marketing
