Lodha Group - Social Media Manager (4-8 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns
- Curate relevant content to reach the brands ideal customers
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a Social way
- Develop and expand customer base and community
- Strategize and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns
- Compile social media campaign report for management showing results (ROI)
- Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable red flags to appropriate management.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
- Brand ownership
- Ideation - Regularly Study our existing social handles and competitor handles and come up with ideas for engaging our audiences on daily basis.
- Social Media Management - Manage and Execute social media campaigns, Track and maintain results of each campaign. Create weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reports as per existing formats. Coordinating with Customer care and replying suitably to comments and message on social pages.
- Hands on interaction within social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
- Ability to generate, edit, publish and write amazing and engaging copy in a real-time environment that can stimulate user interaction, discussion and engagement
- Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity- determine what works, tweak and improve content, communications etc
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
