Lodha Group - Sales Partner (2-6 yrs)
1. Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls. Extensive telecalling will be involved.
2. To onboard Channel partners (CP)/Sales Partner(SP) from majorly Non real estate background eg CAs/Interior designers/Financial Consultants all over Mumbai.
3. Convincing existing CPs & SPs to register under RERA.
4. Update CPs/SPs on the project details regularly via collaterals.
5. To activate non active SPs/CPs via site training by coordinating with their respected RMs.
6. Conduct regular meetings with Channel Partners and Sales Partners with the purpose of both engagement and empanelment to drive more business.
Job Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
6 days working and a weekday off.
