Lodha Group - General Manager - Media (6-8 yrs)
1. Conceptualise and evolve a media strategy by partnering with our product teams to bring alive the message of the campaign via the medium mix
2. Build, manage, track and evaluate media plans for the business
3. Work around multimedia and integrated media solutions for brands, as well as business in close association with key media partners, agency and brand teams
4. Negotiate with media agencies to strike cost-effective deals on media buying
5. Work closely with media agency teams to ensure focus on media processes and successful implementation of all media plans across brands
6. Provide critical inputs to enhance effectiveness of media and integrated communication plans
7. Identify and create new multimedia synergies and opportunities to reach consumers more effectively
8. Monitor regular MIS and drive initiatives for further improvements
9. Develop and maintain benchmark media processes and improve on them
10. Use of different media esp. digital for greater efficiency and impact of spends.
11. Manage the Brand Capital arrangement and relationship with BCCL
12. Liaise with the Digital Performance team to ensure an optimised output of spends in sync with the overall media plans
Skills Required
- Media planning
- Experience in media buying, partnerships and negotiations
- Understanding of media operations
- Experience and comfort in Digital Media planning, buying, optimisation and integration is a must
- Exposure to media audits
- Multimedia management across key networks/publishing houses
- Good networking in the media industry
