Lodha Group - Events Manager (4-8 yrs)
The ideal candidate would be primarily responsible (but not limited to) for following key activities:
End to end responsibility of various activities in order to engage the existing & potential customer base, which includes:
- Ongoing conceptualization of activities for more & more traction on ground
- Successful execution of identified activities on a regular basis which would involve working closely with various functional teams (Marketing, Hospitality & Procurement) for necessary support required.
- Own the activities menu/calendar of the property and ensure that all the activities are up & running all the time.
- Post activity/event coordination: invoice certification, bill processing, maintaining necessary MIS to monitor the event/activity turn out, etc
- Help maintain a tracking sheet to monitor attendance, vendor utilization, income, and expenses for each activity.
- Work closely with Marketing & Events team to develop newsletter/communication around activities happening at the property.
- Producing a calendar of activities/events for the next calendar season, while ensuring to stay within budget expectations.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders
- Illustrative examples of these activities could be: indoor game events, outdoor game events, art & culture related activities, experience related events & other activities related to entertainment & leisure.
