1. Brand

- Assist the BM in the ideation of the brand goals based on the communicated strategic imperatives for the brand.

- Provide data on key consumer insights, competitor landscape and market trends to the BM for successful execution of the brand goals

- Align the brand goals with the overall Lodha brand and values to ensure consistent messaging

- Personify the brand in a tangible way for it to be a meaningful anchor for other teams (Sales, Hospitality, HFM etc.) - primarily to ensure that brand speak is consistent.

- Support the Brand Manager in managing the brand health by collecting information on market intelligence and consumer insights from relevant sources so as to continually strengthen, evolve and refresh the brand

2. Business and Operations

- Support the brand manager by providing necessary data and information for managing budget, activations, sequencing for the brand.

- Provide necessary support to the Brand Manager to manage the brand in order to facilitate achievement of short term and long term business sales targets

- Support the Brand Manager by providing relevant data and information during the GTM process. Manage cross-functional coordination during the GTM process but ensure necessary escalations to the BM when required

- Plan and execute BTL campaigns along with partners/agencies within the approved budget . Ensure that the communication is in line with the marketing objectives of the brand

- Ensure all relevant promotion material is available at Sales Centers across sites during events/activations

- Conduct necessary trainings to educate the various functional teams on what the brand stands for and how one can align our designs, initiatives and service towards the same

- Be the point of contact for all the product related queries from sales during events/activations. Ensure that necessary information is communicated to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
