Lodha Group - Corporate Communications Role (5-10 yrs)
Looking for a candidate to join our corporate communications team to create and deliver impactful communication. The candidate will work closely on key communication initiatives for internal as well as external audiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about communications, understands the nuances of crafting messaging as per relevant target audience.
The ideal candidate should have :
- Prior experience of content writing, PR with good command over English language
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Adept with doing research
- Familiar with content creation of marketing collaterals, internal communication
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Creative thinking and ability to thread an idea with 360 degree approach
Role :
- Develop and deliver communication as required across departments
- Coordinate with stakeholders for communication tasks, prioritize, develop content and liaise with design team to ensure timely delivery
- Research on best practices as well as research & evaluate platforms, events, awards we can be a part of
- Write articles, blogs, script to demonstrate brand narrative across stakeholders
- A storyteller who has the vision to bring out the narrative across mediums (contextual, video, illustrations and more)
- Be a part of ideation, bring fresh ideas and perspective
- Copyedit, proofread communications
- Ideate and assist in employee engagement programs and employee branding
- Ability to identify and engage with external partners for relevant platforms and liaise with existing external agencies
