Lodha Group - Brand Manager (4-8 yrs)
- To work on Product Launches and facilitate Marketing Strategy.
- To help create and deploy appropriate advertising and brand communication strategy for a selected set of brands allocated to the manager
- To work with our advertising agency(ies) to create relevant advertising which is in-line with the proposed positioning
- To work out appropriate media strategy to meet brand objectives as also to deliver required efficiencies in terms of cost, exposure, OTS, and reach
- To monitor and manage brand comm. budgets for allocated brands
- To provide leadership to a team of brand comm. executives for effective execution of all brand related activities including but not limited to print advertising, outdoor, online, radio, events and all other non-conventional media
- To lead the brand communication team responsible for new brand / product launches
- To create understanding for planning launch of new products from a brand point of view
- To help the brand communication initiatives for international markets
- Identify & closely ensure brand health
- Provide consumer & market understanding to various parts of the marketing and sales functions
- To track and respond to competitor advertising activity at brand and sales level
