Loconav - Manager - Sales/Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Upload products on websites and marketplace like Amazon, Flipkart, myntra, meesho, etc
- Manage product variation and their Content on marketplaces in collaboration with business & marketing teams
- Contribute to solving and reducing issues in the catalog for optimizing the speed of the catalog upload process.
- Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality product information
- QC engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions.
- Manage and monitor individual and bulk listing of new products
- Familiarity with e-commerce and its components
- Listing Creation/Product Listing - Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content on the eCommerce platform
- Inventory Management - Need to keep an eye on inventory and make sure all are in stock and active. This also needs communicating with warehouse staff.
- Buyer Messages - You will need to respond to buyer messages to provide information, resolve issues by complying with e-commerce platform policies in collaboration with marketing teams for brand-right messaging
- Account Health - To perform Account health checks on a regular basis which includes Customer feedback, Product Compliance, Delivery Performance
- Maintain reporting between eCommerce, warehouse team, and dispatch team as well as manage sales strategies such as promotion and advertising in collaboration with the marketing team for comms and budget optimization..
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Slides and ability to create timely, comprehensive reports for business teams
