Location Manager - CASA Sales - Bank (2-10 yrs)
JD :
Purpose of the role :
- To manage a team of 10-15 Premium Acquisition Managers who has to acquire HNI/Affluent New To Bank liabilities relationships (Saving Accounts / Current Accounts / Deposits) and build stable balances through customer Onboarding and generate revenue through Cross Sell.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hire and manage a team of 10-15 Premium Acquisition Managers
- Achieve month on month PAM wise targets assigned on New Customer Acquisition, Liabilities book growth and Cross Sell
- Identify potential catchment areas to acquire HNI/Affluent liabilities customers for Equitas Bank.- To drive marketing activities and generate leads for acquiring HNI/Affluent customers through activities.
- Build strong referral model of customer lead generation for team.
- To do joint meetings with PAM and meet potential HNI/Affluent liabilities customers and help PAMs in lead conversion.
- Train team regularly on products, services, customer Onboarding, sales pitch, objection handling, compliance, customer experience and processes.
- Track team daily sales reports, review team on progress of targets assigned and increase PAM wise productivity through handholding and input management
Desired Experience & Qualification :
- Graduate with 4 to 8 years of experience in liabilities customer acquisition, preferably in HNI/Affluent customer acquisition and team handling experience preferred.
- Good communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Must have good knowledge of the local and surrounding markets in the area.
- Must have good knowledge on products and services offered to HNI/Affluent customers
