Local Store Marketing Role - QSR (4-15 yrs)
Role: LSM Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Local Marketing Plans:
- Work closely with store managers to understand the unique characteristics and demographics of each location.
- Create customized local marketing plans for each store, considering local trends, competition, and community preferences.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to store managers in executing local marketing plans.
Coordinate Promotional Events :
- Organize and execute local promotional events and campaigns to increase store visibility and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions, discounts, and special events.
Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, and community organizations to enhance the restaurant's presence in the community.
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update social media accounts for individual store locations.
- Create engaging content, posts, and promotions to increase online visibility and engage with the local audience.
Market Research:
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about local trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the QSR industry.
- Strong understanding of local marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in social media management and marketing analytics.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
