Job Description
- Identifying target markets and prospective clients.
- In depth understanding of the marketing and sales life cycle and managing clients through the pipeline to contract stage.
- Responsible for new client acquisitions, management and leading key relationships to meet higher business revenue targets.
- Recognize the needs of the client and present detailed information to them about the technical specifications and how they can maximize the use of software features offered by the company.
- Takes requirement over the phone and in person.
- Advises clients on technical matters and recommends appropriate software specification.
- Negotiate a commercial agreement.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Assist with the company helpline to solve the queries of the client.
- Identification of opportunities with new services, geographies, channels and prospective industry verticals to generate additional revenue streams.
Requirement :
- Sales experience in a B2B environment will be preferred.
- Excellent oral,written and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Stay abreast of market trends.
- Multitasking,initiator and team leading quality should be there.
- Excellent technical and market knowledge.
- A keen interest in IT issues.
- Strong negotiation skills for effective deal closure.
- The ability to write reports and proposals.
- The ability to manage time and plan the day effectively.
