Lobotus Technology - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
-Identifying target markets and prospective clients.
- In depth understanding of the marketing and sales life cycle and managing clients through the pipeline to contract stage.
- International/domestic client calling experience.
- Responsible for new client acquisitions, management and leading key relationships to meet higher business revenue targets.
- Planning and analyzing the projects in hand.
- Identification of opportunities with new services, geographies, channels and prospective industry verticals to generate additional revenue streams.
- Client management and retention.
- To ensure the accuracy, quality and timeliness of project delivery and analysis for the same.
- To participate in multiple client assignments with competing deadlines.
- To Manage Service levels as per SLA given.
- End to end overview of the impact of financial statements on the business.
- Preparation of business writes ups about the company for client acquisitions.
- Preparation of need based research and quarterly presentations to Top Management.
- Undertake need based market research study and submit the same to top management.
- Reporting to CEO with quarterly ROI report.
- Training and leading the team members to meet their individual and team targets.
