Relationship Manager(PL/BL)


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Profile : Channel Sales, Direct/Commission Sales, Personal Loan/Business Loan

Responsibilities :


- Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges

- Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients

- Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers

- Prospect for new sales leads and close sales

- Achieve Sales Target

- Service leads provided through different sources.

- Prospect clients.

- Ensure quality/persistence of business.

- Generate leads through references/activities (Corporate etc).

- Coordinate with Branch Operations in order to ensure timely processing of policy/application forms

- Customer build up & vendor management.

- Implement and adhere to Need Based Selling Model.

- Taking responsibility of the Cluster, fulfilling leads of the area & prospecting new business from the assigned areas.

- Closing sale and following up on issuance

- Providing timely reports to the Supervisor / Area manager as per the requirement.

Qualifications :

- Graduate from any Institute with 3years + of credit experience in Personal Loans and other loan products.

- Excellent Communication & Relationship Management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Total CTC : Upto 6LPA
