What would be the roles and responsibilities :
- Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
- Generating need of financial products in prospects and helping them in getting the best products out of all those available across all Banks and NBFCs.
- Supporting in a range of financial products over the phone.
- Becoming a SPOC since the filing of application till its disbursal.
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all for internal communication
- Ability to communicate effectively in English & Hindi language
