LoanMeet - Manager - Sales (3-10 yrs)
As part of the LOANMEET Sales Team, you will be responsible for bringing new business. Sales Managers are responsible for sourcing new opportunities for LOANMEET, while supporting the marketing team on creating custom sales materials. A successful Sales Manager is a self-starter, has excellent communication skills, is well-organized, and has the ability to multi-task.
As a Sales Manager, you will often act as the first contact for many retailers with the objective of convincing them to take inventory financing loans. You must be able to collaborate within a team environment while holding yourself accountable to the highest of standards. The Sales Manager position offers unlimited growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets for number of retailers who took inventory financing loans
- Source new business opportunities through targeted prospecting via phone, email, and referrals
- Generate interest of retailers in LOANMEET
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities via LOANMEET's CRM system
- Attend and participate in weekly sales team meetings
- Assist in anything else that LOANMEET management deems necessary to grow business
Qualifications
- 1-10 Years of experience in sales role, primarily in field
- Self-starter, team player, start-up experience a plus
- Creative mind with ability to create custom proposals
- Strong interest in establishing a career in sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
