The Opportunity :
- CredAcc is looking for a passionate Demand Marketing lead to join our fast-growing team. This Demand Marketing Lead will be leading the mid-funnel marketing strategy, campaign planning, execution, and pipeline generation for our product. You will be in charge of conceptualizing and laying out new programs for mid-funnel intent (1st party, independent review sites, trusted internet sources), nurture (lifecycle and prospect), and email marketing. You will play a crucial role in driving new revenue, by nurturing top-of-the-funnel leads, opted-in audiences, and accounts, and converting them into qualification opportunities and pipelines through collaboration with sales development This lead will be working alongside the fast-paced cross-functional team to outline a strategy that supports the broader business goals.
- This individual will oversee nurturing campaigns, outlining strategy and success metrics, and reporting back to sales and business leaders on the return on investment and outcomes (pipeline and revenue). This person will be responsible for outlining the annual and quarterly campaign calendar and presenting it back to key stakeholders. They will work closely with sales and operations to outline key processes to support effective campaign conversion.
Responsibilities :
- Spearhead nurture and middle-of-the-funnel campaigns and demand marketing initiatives for all products
- Work with key stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and an integrated campaigns strategy that supports those objectives
- Outline internal playbooks for campaign planning, execution, sales development follow-ups, and performance/pipeline reporting
- Work with key stakeholders across marketing to identify effective messaging, targeting, channels and media selection, and creative design across ad collaterals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, Marketing Operations, and other marketing functions to plan, execute, and launch campaigns
- Analyze, track, and report on campaigns
- ROI and outcomes
Requirements :
- 2+ years experience in multichannel campaigns or demand generation or regional marketing or similar
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Able to work cross-functionally and globally
- Knowledge of or experience in B2B SaaS, fintech a plus
- Ability to develop new processes and optimize those already in place
- Adaptable, positive mindset with a contagious enthusiastic spirit
