Sales/ Business Development Role

We are looking to hire Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Sr. Manager- Sales/ Business Development( Supply Chain Finance) role in Loanframe.

The Team :

The Role :

- Grow the business in line with the business build plan, build and maintain a healthy customer pipeline

- End to end handling customer queries from on boarding till disbursement and after servicing

- Be an ambassador for the product and the company for all customer facing activities; work with the customer delivery team to ensure proper execution of closed deals, along with proper documentation

- Responsible for increase in Book and Fee number

- Providing Channel Finance & Vendor Finance to customers

- Responsible for Business As Usual and customer experience for each new loan

- Business encompasses financing both ends of Large Corporate relationships viz. Dealers as well as Vendors through supply chain finance

- Responsible for increasing Supply Chain Finance Portfolio along with active utilisation from all existing customers accounts in Delhi/NCR Region

- Doing primary checking for credit assessment and suitability of credit arrangement from bank & client side

- Earning fee through disbursement of funds and generating the revenue for the bank

- Preparation of daily and monthly MIS and Reconciliation

- Handling disbursal kit and operations queries

- Understand financial ratios, using computer programs, to evaluate customers' financial status

The Ideal Candidate :

- 0-5 years of experience

- If experienced, preference for direct sales environment (not dsa) where the customer relationship is maintained end to end

- Good Understanding of balance sheets, profit and loss and cash flow statements.

- Strong negotiating skills, especially on interest rate and processing fees

- Well-versed with various sales techniques and clear track record of sales target achievements in the past

- A strong communicator with a clear and concise presentation style

- Have working knowledge of MS office especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

- Able to handle work pressure, work within the set timelines and update on a weekly basis
