Lloyds Ventures - Sales Development Role (2-6 yrs)
Job Summary :
As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential clients,understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products or services. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
Location :
Bangalore and Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation.
- Ready to commute to meet the Client in person.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Research and target prospects to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Client Engagement:
- Communicate product or service features and benefits clearly to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations as necessary.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure successful deal closure.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to build rapport.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track and report sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT SaaS or Cyber Security is a must
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in Business Development, or Inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
