Job Summary :



As a Sales Development Rep (SDR) - International, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products or services. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

- You will be engaging with the Crme de la crme of the cyber security world, engaging with CISOs and their deputies to position our products globally.

- Prospecting and Lead Generation using LinkedIn, Email and Calls as the primary method of prospecting.

- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to identify and qualify potential leads.

- Understand the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) we target, and focus on identifying and super-targeting those prospects.

- Research and target prospects to build a robust funnel of sales opportunities.

- Conduct Product Demos to own the sale end-to-end.

- Use innovation in intro calls to ensure that prospects listen to you on cold calls.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Track and report sales activities and progress using CRM tools.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Cyber Security or IT sales (Can be from Enterprise IT sales like ERP, CRM, LMS, SAAS products but not from digital marketing/web development companies/agencies)

- Engineering + MBA is a MUST.

- Minimum grades required- 10th- >80%, 12th- >80%, Grad- 8 GPA/ 80% consistently

- Proven experience in Sales & Business Development, Inside sales, or a similar role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a startup that is fast-paced and dynamic.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
