Lloyds Ventures - Sales & Business Development Professional (0-7 yrs)
As an analyst or a sales associate you would be required to do lead generation for your product, identify right contacts and decision makers, engage with them over calls and emails to make them prospects, do value selling, follow up and close.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing lead generation, Pipeline creation, Sales, Delivery & Payment.
2. Overall end to end sales
3. Lead Generation via CRM, LinkedIn, etc.- Identify Prospects, right contacts, decision makers for products of your team
4. Conference Calls, Send Minutes
5. Do Value Selling
6. Follow up & Close
7. Run email campaigns
8. Data base management, Log Calls and Data in CRM, Excel sheets etc.
9. Follow Telecom news and stay updated on Innovations, Technologies
10. Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs
11. Leadership & Training as a manager
12. KPI management as a manager
13. Responsible for team revenue as a manager
