Lloyds Ventures - International Sales Specialist (3-7 yrs)
Job Overview :
We are actively hiring enthusiastic and results-driven Sales specialists to join our dynamic team! As a Sales specialists, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales pipeline by generating leads, cold calling, and engaging with potential clients. If you're a motivated self-starter with experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or research sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative lead generation techniques.
- Sales Outreach: Make 20-30 calls per day to engage potential clients and introduce our products and services.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present solutions tailored to their needs.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective cold-calling and sales strategies.
Job Requirements :
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation and cold calling.
- B2B Sales Experience: Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
- SaaS Sales Advantage: Prior experience in SaaS sales will be a significant advantage.
- Research Sales Experience: Experience in selling research services is a huge plus!
Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Education :
- A degree from a reputable college or university.
