Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Inside Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing client relationships, promoting our products, and ultimately closing sales deals. If you have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Utilize various sources to identify potential clients.
- Evaluate whether the prospect is a decision-maker within their organization. Engagement
- Connect with decision-makers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or LinkedIn to introduce our products and services.
- Invite prospects for product demo calls and present our solutions.
- Handle questions, objections, and competitive inquiries with in-depth market knowledge.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities.
- Follow up with clients and partners (if applicable) to keep them engaged throughout the sales process.
- Facilitate the closure of sales deals by ensuring all requirements are met.
- Regularly connect with partners and distributors to discuss support and pipeline development.
- Conduct market analysis within the same product segment to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and maintain RFPs and ensure timely submission.
- Develop customized value presentations tailored to individual clients.
- Create and deliver comprehensive POC reports to showcase the effectiveness of our solutions.
- Generate budgetary commercial proposals as requested by customers and seek approval from management.
- Follow up with partners and clients until the purchase order is released.
Qualifications :
- Overall 1-3yrs of experience
- Proven inside sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Market knowledge and the ability to adapt to changing industry trends
