Location : New Delhi
- We need a suitable experience candidate with 2 - 4 years sales experience in Building Products having good contacts with Architects, Builders and clients dealing in Infrastructure and Building Projects .
- The person shall be responsible to meet Architects, Builders and clients dealing in Infrastructure and Building Projects For generating enquiries and business development .
Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales team to achieve revenue targets through effective business development strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, engineers, and other stakeholders to generate leads and close deals.
- Oversee infrastructure development projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for passive fire protection solutions such as fireproofing, insulation, EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction), firefighting systems, and building projects.
- Identify opportunities for generating enquiries from various sources like online platforms, exhibitions etc.
- The persons shall be responsible to meet Architects, Builders and client dealing in Infrastructure and Building projects for generating enquiries and business for passive fire protection
