RETAIL STORE MANAGER
Livspace is Building the world's first end to end interior design platform out of India. We are disrupting the interior design space by making every interior designer an entrepreneur by offering them a curated catalog of products/services and the infrastructure (online & offline) required to deliver a top-notch experience to customers. Livspace connects its customers to a designer from our exclusive community of the best designers from across the country. The designer uses the Livspace Platform to deliver the customer her dream home.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for store sales, growth, and conversion
2. Ensure great in-store experience - help customers find the right product, have in-depth knowledge of products in-store (esp. Livspace PL), (preferably industry also), and Livspace order and delivery process.
3. Ensure fast check out - less than 5 mins
4. Manage day to day operations of the store - customer orders, queries, product deliveries grievance.
5. Manage a team of 2-3 sales reps - Hire, train, mentor, and conduct appraisals for the team Be in charge of team performance.
6. Track and report sales, buying trends, customer needs, feedback, and queries on a regular basis.
7. Manage daily operations of new EC (Marathalli).
8. Ensure customer experience is as per Livspace standards
9. Train store staff on customer interaction, products, delivery experience
10. Responsible for complete store administration and compliance with policies and procedures
11. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Must-Have:
1. At least 3-4 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably managing front-end sales
2. Graduate from a Tier I/II institute (any major)
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team
4. Excellent communication and people skills. A team player
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
6. High on confidence and energy
7. Strong on-ground decision-making ability
