- Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to optimize costs, quality, and availability of products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, monitor category performance, and recommend actionable strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Skills :
- Graduation or similar
- 4+yrs of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of category management principles, merchandising techniques, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
