Hiring Business Manager- Modular Kitchen - Livspace
- Must have Experience in Modular Kitchen and Furniture.
- Relentlessly drive DPs/ IDs to reach out to leads to bring leads to the showroom
- Ensure DPs/ IDs adhere to quote SLA and internal TAT benchmarks
- Own customer experience and drive up customer experience right from the first customer touch point
- Relentless funnel management to build an effective pipeline for your cohort
- Build strong relationships with DP/ID to drive business and conversion through them
- Strong follow up culture
- To follow up with clients in funnel to convert them to pipeline customers and to finally convert the customers (extensive and regular calls with customers in the funnel)
- Build strong rapport and relationships with prospective customers
- Be fully responsible for achieving the GMV target for the cohort
- Build reliable forecast to be presented to the management on expected business
- Work to consistently improve the conversion of the cohort
- Work closely with Senior IDs to resolve customer escalations during the 10-50 stage of the project
- Be responsible to confirm GMV once an order is booked while adhering to SLAs on project TAT
- Be accountable for customer experience (NPS) during the design phase of the project
