Job Purpose
Selling products and services using solid telephonic presentation skills to prospective customers.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales with existing and potential customers.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Converting Leads Into Sales
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Giving sales presentations on Products for prospective clients
- Flexible working hours - employees to begin and end work at nonstandard times within limits set by management. Is comfortable working on public holidays, festivals and weekend. Six days working module.
- Leads generated via social media advertisements & drop off data on company website will required to be catered to.

- Communication skills (Fluency and conversational ability"
- Is able to handle an objection and tackle the situation
- Excellence in Microsoft office
Unflappable - Displays a calm state of emotions, balance and composure
- Is target driven, designs one or many targets or goals to help sales team achieve the desired result. Displays 'Competitiveness' as a quality.
- Has and displays negotiation skills and strategies
- Can identify and create - A need- for the customer
- Communicates using positive and supportive tone - Ability to use positive language
- Patient in approach and tenacious. Can work under high-pressure environment. Has the capacity to take criticism and negative feedback (Code of practice - Stress Management)

Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum Qualifications : Appearing for final Year
Preferred Qualifications : Graduate
Experience : Fresher with good communication and spark for sales can be considered.
Preferable Experience : Preferably min experience of 6 months or more in sales.
Age : 20-30 yrs
Salary : As per Industry
Industry preference : Services/ Consulting/Tele sales
