Roles And Responsibilities :
1. Develop content for customer engagement, marketing campaigns including video scripts, captions.
2. Manage blog postings. Assign blog topics to freelance writers, proofread the content.
3. Implement the social media strategy plan and be responsible for achieving goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement.
4. Handle the social media accounts by posting new content, replying to users, managing discussion groups, etc. to engage users on different platforms.
5. Responsible for managing content requests shared by cross functional teams.
6. Deal with external agencies like PR, content and advertising to achieve organizational goals.
7. Create and edit content for Influencer Marketing campaigns with a focus on Instagram and YouTube.
