Livpure - Area Sales Manager (5-8 yrs)
We are looking for Area Sales Manager for our Livpure Organisation.
Channel/Distribution Management :-
- Achieving targets related to market share, reach, volume etc..
- Develop and appoint new business partners to expand product reach in the market.
- Work closely with the Channel Partner in supporting them to promote the product and review their performance regularly.
- Territory Planning and Territory Execution - Planning for distribution (Availability, Visibility, Sales) - DD, SSD, Dist, PR and resources & execution of Plan,
- Channel Appointment & Expansions (Distributor, Direct Dealer, Sales and Service Dealer, Power Retailer) for market coverage through most suitable Channel partner acquisition, retention & development.
- Communicating in launching New Products and New Category
- Engaging channel partners continuously by devising different value proposition for their involvement. Meeting and Negotiating with DD, SSD and PR well in advance to discuss and finalize counter share for season, display, promotions, ISP plan and model mix including DMDC (Different Model / Different Channel outlet where applicable)
Sales: -
- Handle the sale of RACs in the assigned territory.
- Identify & network with prospective Channel Partner & SME customer and generate business.
- Achieve budgeted sales volume and collection from the dealers.
- Ensure availability and liquidation of stock.
- Develop new clients and execution as per plan to entire profitable business.
Operational Excellence :
- Collate & Share customer and market feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers at the perfection level to achieve better C-SAT & create a competitive advantage.
- Drive Sales Management Productivity & ensure importance of Process & Tools.
- Able to prepare MIS, Feedback reports on time and ensure no outstanding in Market to keep continuous flow of information and money.
- Ensure & monitor efficiency and efficacy of sales process with actual on ground execution
- Evaluating performance and monitor channel sales and marketing activities.
- Working closely with the service team to plan for installation and after sales.
People Excellence :
- Create awareness among frontline sales personnel and motivate them to achieve accelerated business goals within stipulated timeline
- Training teams members on market, product, value proposition etc.
- Guiding team about the core values of system and developing them for next level.
- Motivating Team and ensuring team longevity.
- Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends/tracking competitor activities.
