- Being the company's face and contributing to the growth of the company
- Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales)
- Lead generation through cold calling & data sourcing through networking
- Participating in events, arranging for workshops/seminars in colleges/institutes/coaching classes to create awarness of Digital Marketing Career and Programs offered by DMTI-
- Counsel the Students and parent about Digital Marketing Programs, Fix appointments, Drive Walk-In at the Campus for Cousneling.
- Meeting & counselling prospective candidates (fresher- s, working executives & corporate professionals from various industries).
- Understanding and effectively communicating the company's offerings
- Handling face to face interaction with the prospective candidates
- Meeting targets and deadline in the given timeframe
Operations :
- Maintainig good reputation with the enrolled students and ensuring smooth functioning of the programs
- Cordinating with the trainer's for scheduling lectures, assignments, marks, invoice etc
- Scheduling lectures & exams for enrolled students and keeping them well informed according to the batch program calendar.
- Maintaining student records (Scores, Attendance, Assignment, Fees, Exam, Certificaiton etc)
- Maintaining Faculty remuneration data.
