Job Description :
1) Designing & implementing strategic sales plan to achieve assigned targets.
2) Conducting regular meeting for setting up sales objectives, streaming process to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
3) Building & managing relationship with business associates, channel partners & customers.
4) Managing & motivating the sales team towards achieving targets.
5) Responsible for empanelment of new dealers and resource allocation.
6) Ensuring process & documentation compliance, FI, agreement execution & credit approval.
7) Team handling role & responsible for self-team target.
8) Responsible for empanelment of the channel for customer acquisition.
9) Responsible for ensuring the adherence of KYC documents as per guidelines of the company.
10) Responsible for smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application verification, pre-sanction processing of the loan, sanction, post-sanction, documentation within the timelines.
11) Responsible for training the team for guiding the customer with clarity towards applying for used/new vehicle loan and explaining the product features in terms of ROI, processing fees & other terms & conditions.
12) Adherence to the organization policies & procedures and compliance with legal & regulatory requirements.
13) Ensuring ownership of early delinquencies and working closely with collection and credit team.
