Expectation from you:

- Individual contributor, working in a team of go-getters to help spread investment product offerings by LiquiLoans in your city

- You would be showcasing the unique features of various investment schemes offered by

LiquiLoans to prospective investors/corporates in personalized sessions

- Responsible for acting as business and client acquisition partner in your designated zone

Academic Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation (Completed in or before 2021)

Training: All interview selected candidates will become a part of the Liqui Career Growth Cohort

The training program has two Stages:

1. Stage1: Classroom Training Program (CRT)

Duration: 1 Weeks. Location: At office location/ Virtual

The trainees will be trained on various aspects of financial sales and building a network to acquire clients successfully. LiquiLoans will provide the required material to support the process

2. Stage 2: - On-the-job- Training (OJT)

Duration: Ongoing training

- Learn and grow the investments in various schemes of LiquiLoans on an ongoing basis. LiquiLoans will be providing support to the agents wherever required.

- There will be additional performance incentives that will be applied during the cohort

program.

- Assessment parameters will include performance metrics, capability and quality audits, and feedback from the manager/ trainer and HR Team.

- Upon successfully passing the cohort program, you become eligible to be offered the role of Liqui Preferred Business Partner wherein you will be able to own your own business on behalf of LiquiLoans and grow your earnings with the growth in your asset under management.

Pay-out: INR 25,000 (stipend) fixed/Month + Incentives (Variable pay-out linked to the investments generated for the platform). Please note that the compensation would be adjusted on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days you are active in the program.

Job Description:

- You will start your journey at LiquiLoans as an individual contributor working as a part of the Liqui Career Growth Cohort Program.

- You will be expected to introduce and showcase the unique investment scheme offerings of LiquiLoans to prospective investors and help in the onboarding journey.

- Key role will be to connect with retail/corporate/new age investors in your designated area about lucrative investment offerings of LiquiLoans and how it will help investors to grow their money in a safe and effective manner and plan their future better without any uncertainty.

- This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading LiquiLoans unique and lucrative investment schemes in your city.

- Role will involve contacting potential clients/investors, set up meetings and counsel the clients on investment schemes and LiquiLoans personalized investment journey.

- Cohort program will give you exposure to the various aspects of setting up and growing the business and since you will be a part of the first Liqui Career Growth Cohort which will ultimately let you be a business owner yourself.

Selection Process and flow:

The interviews will be conducted online and we will have four levels of filtration.
