Key Responsibilities :
- Designing & implementing strategic sales plan to achieve assigned targets
- Conducting regular meeting for setting up sales objectives, streaming process to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations
- Building & managing relationship with business associates, channel partners & customers
- Managing & motivating the sales team towards achieving targets
- Responsible for empanelment of new dealers and resource allocation
- Ensuring process & documentation compliance, FI, agreement execution & credit approval
- Team handling role & responsible for self-team target
- Responsible for empanelment of the channel for customer acquisition
- Responsible for ensuring the adherence of KYC documents as per guidelines of the company
- Responsible for smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application verification, pre-sanction processing of the loan, sanction, post-sanction, documentation within the timelines
- Responsible for training the team for guiding the customer with clarity towards applying for used/new vehicle loan and explaining the product features in terms of ROI, processing fees & other terms & conditions.
- Adherence to the organization policies & procedures and compliance with legal & regulatory requirements
- Ensuring ownership of early delinquencies and working closely with collection and credit team
