LiquiLoans (NDX P2P Private Limited) is a Peer to Peer Lending platform founded by Achal Mittal and Gautam Adukia who have previously co-founded a successful rental platform 'Rentomojo'. The company uses technology to match borrowers and lenders and in the process eliminates the margin which is charged by traditional banks and NBFCs, thus, making borrowing cheaper and investing a more lucrative opportunity as compared to traditional investment avenues.

Job Description :

Position Title - Area Sales Manager(ASM)

Department - Acquisitions

Location - Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

Responsibilities :

- Drive market segment growth by identifying and acquiring new B2B partners across diverse industries.

- Cultivate a robust pipeline of large and enterprise accounts, engaging key decision-makers to promote LiquiLoans offerings and secure partnerships for zero-cost EMI solutions.

- Proactively explore untapped business segments to expand market reach and opportunities.

- Set and exceed monthly region/segment targets for client acquisition and loan disbursals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and communicate compelling value propositions for LiquiLoans services.

- Regularly liaise with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and drive performance.

- Foster long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders to support sustained business growth.

- Utilize strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution skills to navigate challenges and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven track record in B2B business development, with experience in financial services or fintech industry highly desirable.

- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive market expansion.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
