Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development (Tele Caller) Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting Liquify's loan products through engaging phone calls. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive approach will be key to driving our growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our loan products and services.

- Lead Generation: Generate leads and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about Liquify's products and services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions to ensure effective follow-up and data management.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and enhance overall sales performance.

What We're Looking For

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales or customer service.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage customer interactions and documentation.

- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
