Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Lead to oversee our tele-calling team. In this role, you will lead and manage efforts to achieve sales targets through effective lead generation and customer engagement. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team will be essential to driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and Manage Team : Oversee the tele-calling team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and motivation.

- Develop Strategies : Create and implement innovative strategies for lead generation and conversion to enhance sales performance.

- Monitor Performance : Track team performance, providing training, support, and feedback to optimize individual and team success.

- Build Relationship s: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

- Analyze Data : Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports to assess progress and inform future strategies.

What We're Looking For

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably in the BFSI sector.

- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
