Link-K Insurance - Manager - Business Development (5-10 yrs)
- Meeting the set revenue targets
- Ensuring the retention of all clients
- Conducting scheduled reviews with team and reporting to Head
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients
- Analyze data to develop effective strategies to target specific business segment
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels including networking and referrals
- Build, track and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Liaison with underwriting offices of various PSUs of the region and sales team of various pvt insurers
- Approach prospective clients and communicate the value proposition of the TPA services offered by the company.
- Build strong relationship with brokers. Identify 5 brokers who can contribute to 80 % of revenue targets of that region
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of potential clients.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions, offer tailored solutions, and address client concerns to establish credibility and trust.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Work towards closing deals and finalizing contracts.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and brokers to maximize retention. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for any client inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, claims, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and advancements in the insurance sector.
- Team management of Corporate relationship/client servicing executives in the region
