Lincode - Technical Sales Role (2-3 yrs)
Job description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Establish initial contact with potential customers and develop long-term relationships with them.
- Understanding the requirements and technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate solution from the LINCODE platform.
- Delivering technical sales pitches to potential customers.
- Provide pre-sales demonstrations of LINCODE products to the customers.
- Conceptualization of the systems, discuss with the back-end team and provide optimized solution to the customer
- Work closely with Channel Sales Partners and System Integration (SI) partners for generating new sales and maintaining existing business
- Develop key accounts and maintain healthy business relationship with Key Accounts.
- Prepare client quotations and follow-up for all the processes pertaining to sales cycle.
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical knowledge transfer as required.
- Arrange and carry out product training.
- Ensuring that the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
- Maintaining updated CRM (Salesforce).
- Make technical presentations and demonstrations at client place.
- Liaise with inside sales, program management and delivery teams for successful conversion and deployment of LINCODE products.
- Provide training and produce support material to the Channel Partners and SI partners.
- Representing LINCODE at events, conferences, workshops and meetups.
Skills & Requirements :
- A Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Development, or a related field.
- A solid technical background with at least 2-3 years of experience in Technical sales.
- 1-2 years of experience in selling SaaS products is added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge about machine vision systems and products.
- Sound market knowledge of Automotive/Electronics/Aerospace markets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills.
- Working skills of MS Office and Google Workspace Services.
- Sound judgement and good business sense.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and follow up on leads.
- Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
- Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
- Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance.
