Job Title : Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Summary :


We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative/SDR to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments with potential customers, and driving revenue growth through outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospecting : Identify and develop a pipeline of potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.

- Lead Qualification : Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with our products/services.

- Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified prospects for account executives or sales managers.

- Lead Nurturing : Maintain regular communication with prospects, providing valuable information and resources to move them through the sales funnel.

- CRM Management : Accurately track and document all sales activities, lead information, and communication in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Sales Support : Assist account executives and sales managers with customer research, proposal creation, and other sales-related tasks as needed.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, insights, and feedback to improve the overall sales process.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in inside sales, lead generation, or prospecting roles (2+ years of experience preferred).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.

- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Manufacturing domain experience is preferred.
