Linc Digital - Manager - Sales (8-15 yrs)
1. Utilizing key contacts to identify key consultants and architects in order to find out new business opportunity.
2. Utilizing Account management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts.
3. Responsible for meeting with Architects and consultants for getting the new business
4. Consistently ascertains customer needs and current market opportunities. Assembles and coordinates acquisition team as needed for customers and projects.
5. Converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.
6. Develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the architect's organization, including facility manager, project managers, project engineers, and purchasing.
7. Gathers or validates preliminary information and performs facility walk-through to determine level of opportunity.
8. Estimates project by analyzing and integrating equipment, controls, sub consultants, and services for each project using Linc business systems.
9. Achieving the targets assigned - Order Booking, Sales turnover in the respective Product Lines (LOBs) / Segments
10. Ensures the follow ups for payments and ensuring collections
