Limo - Customer Support Manager (1-10 yrs)

Our amazing team also handles customer support and so acts as our eyes and ears guiding product and marketing decisions and driving amazing customer loyalty.

We enable massive scale with awesome technology and are looking for someone with an eye for detail, system oriented thinking and fluent with computers and data to lead this amazing team.

This is a critical role with broad autonomy and great impact.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for end to end resolution of customer queries via email, phone call, support messages or any other means.

Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through resolution.

Maintaining Support Quality and Customer Satisfaction.

Develop and implement customer service policy for entire team.

Channeling customer feedback into product/marketing/tech/data teams

About you:

You are self sufficient when it comes to working with data. Typically this means excellent computer fluency and good Excel skills.

You are comfortable working in a target driven environment

You can conceive of and communicate new processes to improve performance.

You are honest.

We aren't interested in formal qualifications or whether you've just taken a mid-career break or anything else.

Only female candidates, start-up experience is preferred.
