LimeTray provides Social Media, Digital Marketing and Branding solutions for accounts in the Food and Beverage industry.
Job Profile :
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for generating revenue for the organization through the various levers- Renewals, Upsell, New Sale.
Renewals : Ensuring robust and comprehensive delivery to all existing accounts, and assuming responsibility for retention.
Upselling : Develop/identify new business channels with existing accounts and/or identify areas of improvement in order to upsell.
New Sale : Collaborate with other business teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Curate strategic marketing plans for the clients after brainstorming with subject matter experts.
- Ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives by liaisoning with multiple internal teams.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, and prepare reports.
- Clearly, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to external stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Agency exposure would be a plus.
- Account Management, marketing, and branding strategy.
- Social Media Advertising.
- Social Media Industry Insights.
- Proactive in revenue generation.
