LimeTray - Account Manager - Sales (0-3 yrs)
Role Brief :
LimeTray is a SaaS platform used by across thousands of locations in India, Middle East & Europe. Our Account Management practice exists to help customers realise maximum value by using our software solutions in the best possible manner.
We are looking to onboard young leaders in our Account Management Practice who can lead small teams & help us build out our Account Management Practice further.
Responsibilities :
- As a primary POC for the client, the Account Manager is responsible for the overall health of the portfolio assigned
- Influence key performance metrics of the portfolio- Usage Metrics, MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), NPS (Net Promoter Score) & Retention
- Use consultative approach to help clients grow their business using LimeTray products & services
- Ensure timely renewals of products & services
- Do a need/opportunity analysis to Up-sell/Cross-sell the relevant products
- Collaborate with Central Teams to ensure top-notch service & support
- Give market insights/feedback of the product to the Tech team to enhance the product offerings
- Generate referral leads from your existing portfolio of clients
- Requires exceptional presentation & people skills to navigate different customer challenges
Desired Skill Set :
- Ability to manage a small team of 4-6 members.
- Ability to plan, manage & report on business metrics for a P&L
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success roles
- Demonstrated capability to drive team outcomes as per business plans
- Ability to derive insights from data
- Target Oriented
- Good at time management and is adaptive
